A module is a full two sided contraption, and you would need 18 of those for a 16 x 174 wall

Will the skipper cause a servercrash when not updatet in player phase, similar to update suppression? And if not, can you supress gateway generation with it to get data less gateways?

The server wont crash no matter what you do with this, and as for data less gateways, you need 1.19 OOM update suppression for that.
