If the STR is in a large city an air antenna for $20 will pick up local channels that are HD quality. The only issue I ran into is that you can’t really run the guest mode on Roku with the air antenna reprogramming a tile because it deletes each time that the guest checks out. So I have opted to not have the guest mode enabled and I have one of the first tiles that says local channels. It’s very inexpensive and will pick up local NBC, Fox, CBS, PBS. I will say I labeled the air antenna incase any guests confused it with a monitoring device.
