after downloading the piana file what do we download it? would be good if u could post some instructions on how to use

@@boom4life663 go into blender then edit -> preferences then click on addons. Then click install addon and find the zip file you just downloaded and click ok. Now it should automatically be shown to you in the addons window, if it isn’t search for it and make sure the tick box is checked.

@@Rocklan I was wondering, is it me doing something wrong, or do the rigs not have ik bones? I'm pretty bad at animating and animating by rotating bones rather than just repositioning control bones is very tough for me

They don’t have IK unfortunately no as that would make them incompatible with the animation presets sorry!

@@Rocklan I doubt I'll do it myself for every model (if I do I'll upload it) so here's how I think you could rig characters for your projects: Use mixamo to auto rig each character. For some it will need cleaning up, like Omen with his cape or Phoenix with his jacket that mixamo thinks is a part of the head. After that, you can rig the face with rigify and join the two skeletons. It's a bit finicky and you gotta follow a guide on KZbin to connect the 2 skeletons properly. Rigging Gekko this way took me like 3 hours but I barely knew what I was doing. The end result is animation ready though - IKs work properly and the face rig is easy to control. Just make sure to merge by distance in models because at least with gekko polygons weren't connected to each which screws up rigging Explained it best I could with my level of English.

At 3:51, when you moved the model i'm assuming you used grab mode "G" but when I do only the rigs bones move but not the mesh/model

I can't apply the animations using PSA, when I try to import the same animation from the video (5:29), an error appears "The armature 'TP_Wushu_SO_Skelmesh.ao' is missing 171 bones that exist in the PSA" and then shows the names of the bones. How can I fix this?

I deleted my comment to adress correctly my issue Whenever I try putting more than one agent in a project, in my case the second one always had it's bones and model detached And if you try to parent them when they moved it's too complicated for my brain So when importing a second character, check if the body is moving with the bone, if not, while keeping everything at (0, 0, 0), press ctrl + P and select armature deform with envelopp weights. This should be a quick fix
