League of Legends World Championship, also known as Worlds, is the pinnacle of a League of Legends season. Every year, teams from around the globe gather to compete for the Summoner's Cup, prize money, and a chance to become the League of Legends World Champion.

I liked how worlds theme songs really matches the finals since 2017-2023 🤩 2017 - Legends never die - the time SKT lost their crown to SSG but still legends never die cuz they will eventually get back soon (and they DID) 2018 - RISE - the rise of new champions since everyone is so confident FNC will win that time but IG prove them wrong, and they also got rekt by TheShy especially Bwipo 🤣 2019 - Phoenix - FPX being FunPlus Phoenix that really matches the lyrics Fly, Fly, "PHOENIX" Fly being the winner on the finals, also same with last year they are so confident the G2 will win but FPX prove them wrong again 2020 - Take Over - It really represents how DWG being the winners its like faker giving the trophy to showmaker to "taking over" the title (for that year) also a great play for SN for breaking the 0-3 curse last 3 years (being the final score 3-1 infavor of DWG) 2021 - Burn it all down - everyone thought that DWG will win again that worlds finals but EDG just "burn it all down" the hopes of people by winning it at 3-2 which is also a great play since its been so long since we have a game 5 2022 - Star Walkin - DRX's theme, Absolutely unreal run from Play-Ins to becoming World Champions, the greatest Cinderella story in League history. star walkin is the best fitting worlds song for worlds. not only does the lyrics match the storyline, but the music just fits the clip really well because the instumentals are mellow, almost giving a sense of finality to their win. Legends never die would've fit 2023 worlds so much better than 2017, and imo GODS would've felt so much more fitting if jdg won.

I feel like Samsung Galaxy in 2017 (and 2016 when they went neck and neck against SKT T1) are quite underrated to some extent. Sure they didn't do that well in the LCK Playoffs, never went to MSI, and almost got eliminated in the Worlds group stage. But they had enough time to make corrections during the break and smashed Longzhou, WE, and SKT one by one. Such a shame that GEN G decided not to succeed their legacy, and I think that's one of the reasons why GEN G suck in the worlds. They should've transplanted the winning mentality of Samsung along with their legacy, but they just didn't.

Shuffle in such angle and predicting flash with placing ult properly in 1 sec is insane than just flash in and ult. I can tell u same about ruler's play, because it was vs t1 and faker its the reason why this play so hyped, but if we remove all the story, faker's play is thousand times better than rulers play.
