any aftermarket? part approx 120 usd online, not bad, but aftermarket is 30 usd- but is the old style. thanks for sharing this info with us, i'm in the middle of this job and want to put it back together perfectly

I’m pretty sure the Bosch part is the same as the Benz part without the star on it.

@@AMGmechanic awesome thanks so much! this darn E8 bolt holding it in is killing me. i finally got a socket on it but it started to round off so i walked away to re-plan lol.

i could be wrong but it seems that Bosch never updated the part? they’re all the old style, $30, only a couple other brand has this new button style part, i’d honestly just go with the OEM.
