4 stars are very difficult to predict and i don't want to spread false information, but my personal prediction would be cheveruse, Heizou, Kaveh.

I really hope Nilou isn't with Navia since im pulling on her weapon Banner for Xiphos, and obviously with that a few 5* weapons will come. Key is good but Navia's Axe is awfull and im not interested at all on getting her.
