Our movie poster app has been updated with some new features and I will go over those features in this updated tutorial.

2 noteworthy features in particular....a brand new UPDATE feature, and a POSTER PREVIEW feature, among a few bug fixes are introduced in ver. 7.5.8 of our movie poster app.
UPDATE: The UPDATE button, now located in the SETTINGS tab will allow the user to check for any new updates, features, bug fixes, etc and automatically download and install them. This is a fast and easy process and will ensure that your digital movie boards and DMP-02 media players all have the best version of the app for the best performance.
POSTER PREVIEW: This is a time saver of a feature. Usually a user will use a desktop or laptop computer located in another room in the home to download and store all their digital movie board media content. From that computer they can make any necessary adjustments and customize their movie posters, folders, banners, etc but they will have to return to the room where their boards are located to see the updates then return back to their computer to make any more changes, then....rinse, wash repeat until they are satisfied with the look. The POSTER PREVIEW tab adds the ability to preview your movie board right from within the app. Now you can quickly see how your customized posters will look in real time and make all necessary adjustments quickly and easily without having to run back across the home just to see your movie board.

Hi Shannon. Our Lite edition of the software does not play movie trailers. Our Pro edition plays trailers but as of this writing it is not released yet.
