Ohhhhh, so _THAT_ is why the Flow mode wasn't working with TimeStretcher. It needs to have the OpticalFlow node before it. I thought OpticalFlow was built into the TimeStretcher node when Flow was enabled, but it wasn't working. Thank you!

what's a different between this method and then I just stretch my video by ctrl+r and set optical flow/speed warp in Inspector? Or there is some hidden detailes and it's not so simple?

The main part is that the spline can only be used in fusion, the edit page retime is great if you just need to add slow motion to a clip.

How does the Warp Count and Interaction Count options vary? What is it that varies these values?

The simple answer is the more you turn up these values, the more you are telling Optical Flow to guess and fix distorted intermediate frames, which can result in even more distortion if turning up too high as it tries to fix non distorted spots and creates distortion in turn, but it can help fix distortion if applied lightly.
