Hello Darren . Thank you so much to let us how to doing that . Even if i have receive my brand new G2 Ultra 2 week ago , it was also with a old Ver. 10 firmware too . I doing step by step like you have describle and he work fine . I wish you a very happy new year to you and your family .

Hi Darren! I have been running V17 G2 Black Face firmware with great success. Where does one find out what V19 firmware provides or fixes? Also I have been shutting down my G2 via VNCViewer. I go into the G2, click on the Raspberry Pi icon (Upper Left) on the Pi. Then the pull down has a sub menu for shutting down. Thanks for the walk thru again. 73 Capt. Art W1SWL

Hi Darren I just find out that PiHPSDR is no more compatible and can't start anymore to use on my Anan G2 Ultra after that update . I don't know if the blackface version have PiHPSDR too ?

After I updated mine, I just loaded PiHPSDR to see if it loaded and it did just fine. I didn't have speakers or any mic connected. There are 2 parts of the update. I was wondering if you did Steps 1 and Steps 2?

@@DarrenN4VFR I have everything do what you have describle on your video and the Firmware was successfully updated . But i'm no more able to start PiHPSDR for some incompatibility reasons and i'm apparently not alone have the same problem .Thetis work fine just PiHPSDR not . Laurence G8NJJ write me that «That's a fairly old build of piHPSDR. Update it: the instructions are in the manual.» But i can't find that .

@@VE2XK Try to revert back to Version 10, same process. Try the PiHPSDR and then reflash Version 19. github.com/laurencebarker/Saturn/tree/main/FPGA

@@DarrenN4VFR Hello Darren . Well after useless help from community I have flashing the firmware V10 back to be back to normal and work again like before . Nobody can't tell me or explain me why I had that mess with the flashed firmware V19 and why i was not able to start PiHPSDR with it . The question is what is the real present version of PiHPSDR and why that suposing old version alway appear ? There is a few Ham do have the G2 ULTRA apparently have the same problem . TF1A for example and probably other .
