I mentioned in your install video that I too installed one recently. I think the bluetooth speaker sounds really good, I mean, for an exhaust fan. I found the fan a bit louder than expected but not a deal breaker.

Thanks for the video! How did you convert the previous switch to always on for the fan? Connect black to black and cap off. And then cap off the ground wire or connect to the gang box?

Is there anyway to make the fan turn off delayed from the app or the remote?

You have to flip the breaker off to kill power to it so you can go through the pairing sequence. I'd leave the breaker off for like 10-15 seconds to make sure.

I have this installed and one down side is if power is always being supplied then any device with bluetooth capability can discover it and connect to it. The situation is worse if you have close neighbors. They can connect to it when you're not connected to it and blast unwanted sounds.

They would have to know the 1234 password to connect.

@LoneWolfSnowplowing 1234 and 0000 is common for bluetooth connections. Almost every bluetooth device uses them. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to change the code after connecting to this device.
