That hinge has always been a problem.....You would think Igloo would make one as good as the one you replaced it with Wayn.....Nice touch with the piano hinge.....You won't have to do that repair again!!😎👀

lol, i never thought of aluminum hinges, I usually use bicycle inner tuber or denim, neither last very long but they are both easy to come into. your way is better though
