Thanx, Chef Frankie Celenza, for another fantastic recipe and culinary skills lesson. I love the idea of using fish that's in season. It's a benefit of living on Long Island.

Can you eat the fish caught off of long island? I've never been to New York and I'm genuinely curious.

@@frogslayer4849 Yes, you can. If you go to the docks when the fishing boats come in, you can get fresh caught fish. My grandfather would bring home enough fish for the neighbors, too. Delicious!

I am not an American and I could totally relate with the rising prices... My allowance value less at this point, which hurts. And I love how Chef Frankie uses Tilapia. It is a freshwater fish which is farmed raised by some businesses in my country, and it is really delicious! It is one of my favorite fishes to eat... we just either panfry it with skin on or cook it with coconut milk with turmeric... both are delicious. Edit: also other methods, Grill it and just adding ONLY coconut milk..

Let's talk about the herb garden. What's the best approach? Obviously, growing them in a place like is shown in the video means there must be some sort of grow light, right? What's the most economic way to do that? Alternately, is it better to go with a windowsill method? That won't work for me, due to how the sun strikes our home, there are no windows that get enough light for a plant, but that might be better for most people. I'm curious how other people have done their herb garden on a budget.

I can get the cost down a little more by catching my own fish! Frankie, take us on a fishing trip or go down to the market!

I agree - Chef Frankie Celenza: a chef as smokin' hot as his cast iron skillet; nonetheless, the recipes are a nice bonus.
