part 2 I'm going to say is that other parts are right on but as for the control broad and LCD I'm going to go to Creality ender or cr series printer and the power supply (24 volt) the control broad any where from 30.00 to 100.00 by doing some looking you find something that will work the hot bed 24volt 310 x 310mm or 120 volt but you will need a relay and a hotend I go with a ender All Metal Hotend Kit

Could you please clarify how did you install the end stops specially z-end stop Thanks
@MechNinja3 жыл бұрын
In ramps 1.4 there are 6 sets on pins for min and Max x,y and z axis. Just plug the 3 endstops in min of x, y and z....or if you have placed the endstops in opposite directions as of mine then plug it in max of x, y and z. If your endstops won't light up on pressing then change the orientation of its pin. Hope you get what you were asking...and in upcoming videos I will provide each and every detail.... Feel free to ask anything...and do subscribe it...😊😊😊

Hello. Can you tell me the size and number of the chassis?
@MechNinja4 жыл бұрын
Hmmm the size of the printers depends on the smooth rods you are using. If they are off 300 mm length then you can take the L aluminum extrusion according to it.

Awesome too!. Fully complements the previous video, where I was wondering about structure reliability. Very cleaver your solution again. Two questions please: What is the averange cost of this? and, How tight are the tolerances you've achieved with this and with the previous structure? Thanks again, and great job dude. Saludos 🤙.
@MechNinja3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the complement bro....The cost of printer depends on the components you are using. The PVC Printer costs me around USD, and for the aluminum printer has all the parts same except the aluminum structure. And both the printer structure is robust and sturdy. The aluminum one is more stronger though...But the printing quality was overall same and good.

Full price 12200

Varies from 12500 to above....The electronic components are almost same for every printer. The cost depends on the structure of the frame. If you make of aluminium then it will be high and plastic frame will be less costly.
