Does the bike (r1100rt) run richer with these, or do they just optimize the burn? I am asking in regard to if this upgrade can be stacked with other upgrades (chip or booster plug which richen the fuel).

Optimize. I suggest going on Google and looking it up. This modification has been out for a very long time and there is an exhausting amount of information and real world experience from other people using these.

It's not so much the actual pattern but the atomization of the fuel.
