Edit: I made a mistake. At the front where I removed the 4 screws and only used two to attach the new bumper. You actually need the upper two screws as it holds the front roll cage. Thank you too @darkki for pointing out my mistake. Sorry!
The 2 replacement screw sizes are: 14mm long.
2.1mm diameter. Head diameter 3.6mm

In the Wltoys 124017 v2, they've replaced 1274 component (optical axis) and 1267 components (swing arm sleeve) with threaded ends swing arm shaft and a nylon locknut, which are a pain to remove... And they don't include in the manual...

You need all 4 of the screws that go into the front shock tower since the top 2 are what attaches the roll-cage in the front to the shovk tower.

Honestly I don't know the name which is why I showed in detail that they were a little longer. If you don't have any laying around, then take the original ones with you to the shop and I am sure you will find longer ones.

Looks like you could still use the original rear plate to attach to the rear wing frame. Why didn't you take the spare wheel off? You would have seen the rear bumper frame screw fixings so much better!

the only issue with running a 3s on this car is that the rear gears, like the diffs and the center driveshaft rear gear (behind the spur gear) is prone to stripping just a thing i've noticed since i have the v2 version of the 124016

Hiya. The material used i am afraid I do not know. But to make you own i would say could be very difficult. Trying to get it balanced 100% would be so difficult and they aren't expensive so I would suggest just looking at the LC racing ones if you want to try and fit one. 😊👌
