Feels like the epoxy coat will give it more of a spring hit when the ball bounces on it. I covered a backgammon board and it made the dice always go crazy compared to the original surface.

This project is very cool. My dad and I used to play tons of ping ping, and he always talked about doing something like this with our table, but we never got a chance to. It was cool seeing Jordan again. I think the video where you post army is one of the dust collection videos. Not 100 percent sure, but I think that's it.

Great build! Next you need to do that liquid paint style where they pool the colors on top of each other and then tilt the surface to make it flow and create those nice smooshes.

I wish I lived closer, I do Cnc mill/ lathe programming along with conventional. Plus a lot of metal fabrication professionally. I’ve done woodworking on the side for years selling pieces but don’t have as much time as I used to, working in a shop like yours would be a dream
