There will be 2 things to look at when considering a 1x10 conversion from a 3x7. Is your 3x7 a cassette or freewheel hub? and 2 are you willing and know how to change the free hub itself? Most of the time if you have a 7 speed cassette with a 7 speed free hub you just need to change the free hub to a 10/11 speed hub. then realign the axel to fit.

S bcoz cassette hub was ½ inch higher than the regular hub so my old spoke was bigger it doesn't fit the rim so I have to put new spokes

Most likely yes. Every derailleur has a limit. The rear derailleur's total capacity must be greater than or equal to the sum of differences between the largest and smallest sprockets, and the smallest and largest chainrings. You may want to check bettershifting.com/installation-guide/understanding-di2-derailleur-specifications/ for better details. In any case you will have to change the shifter.

@@ronicallmen it's more of not a frame limit as a wheel alignmnet issue... you have to align the wheel (axel) to be able to be in the center of the frame... the frame width needs to be at least 130mm wide from my understanding from dropout to dropout. Steel/Comolly frames can strech to a point but, aluminm cannot.
