OMg I just want to say thank u I just follow u 3 months ago. This is my story I apply for my husband in 2021 I was a green card holder. After I became citizen I applied for my parents by watching ur videos. Then I try to contact the main office of USCIS to upgrade my citzenship status& I wait for 1 month but they didn’t respond to me. Then one day I watch ur video so I send my proof, receipt and letter to the service center not to the main office, I wait for two weeks then I call them and explain everything then after 3 weeks yesterday they told me that my citizenship is upgraded. guess what, today 3 of my I- 130 cases approved. For my husband, dad, &mom on the same day with in 5 minutes interval. For my parents they only take 17 days for approval. I’m in shock this means a lot to me. Thanks GOD. And thank u for helping us 🙏 .

Congratulations! I’m surprised they did not reject your parent’s petitions because you were not a citizen but I’m glad it worked out

I have a question, if your filing adjustment of status for visa overstay, on the i130 on page 7 would I put expired passport info or current passport info?

Hello. Very urgent please. Regarding seeing my daugher urgently in US. Presently still stuck in UK. I have been separated from my daughter, only child, for just over 2 years now since 1 week after her 1st birthday. Father to US Citizen. Still husband, but estranged spouce of US Citizen. Entered US on ESTA given 180 days stay with wife and daugher. Filed to stay prior to 180 days. All of relevant forms were completed to stay and all approved. ESTA-Entered. I-130 + I-131 G-28 I-765 I-485 All filed, all approved. Sat in USCIS awaiting interview. I-130 permissions granted and I-131 to travel outside were approved aswell. I was under the impression that I had a 3 year bar because I left the US prior to interview. I have just been informed that I might not have a bar at all. Reason being I was technically not in the US illegally because sufficient change of status granted, plus I was given permission to leave. Essentially all that's happened is I have just sadly lost or abandonded my visa application, but there is no bar. Never was. Can anyone please confirm this to be correct it is a matter of great urgency. Thank you, The father.

The document you previously submitted is illegible or unacceptable per reciprocity. Please resubmit so NVC can reviewyoue case . It is a birth certificate from eritrea . Please i need your help

Kseniya: my greencard has only one of my two last names. I left the second out when I was filling because I thought I didn’t have space for it. The day I had my biometrics the agent just wrote down my name with two last names under other names. It all went great and I got approved. Now I’m getting ready to travel for the first time and my passport has my two last names (greencard only has one). Do you think there will be an issue? I know you mentioned something in one of your videos but I can’t find it. Thanks so much for your help! ❤

do not do that call the uscis and just reply as upgrade my petition to automated answer and it will be transferred to one of customer service and they will instruct you.dont send any docs unless uscis ask

Hi to everyone. Why receipt notice is coming late nowadays? Marriage based green card April 9th 2024: papers sent April 13th delivered by USPS April 22nd return mail receipt got with stamp that paper were receipt at April 16th Today is more that 2 weeks after USCIS received papers. Even checks as of today were not get cashed I thought nowadays after April 2024 fees increased and cases should be fast starting from receiving receipt notice, biometrics up to combo cards and interview Thanks

A lot of people were trying to send their cases before April 1 so now they’re backed up with old and new cases. It’s normal to have to wait awhile for a receipt
