Very happy with Hellhammer rework and goal is to hit 4000 STRENGTH to really push that burn scaling will also try stacking damage over time if it has a huge impact. i know it's a bit late, but i'm pretty certain that the reason you get 2 stacks from Rupture into furious upheaval damage multiplier is because when you read Rupture, it has a double attack, you stab the slashing weapon in, which is a guaranteed overpower, and then it gets pulled out, which does the explosion effect. so its 2 attacks in 1 animation

Agreed. Blood boiling is insane. Rupture and Upheaval both seem like they have the stop in movement.

Yeah the animations for everything the barb has are just too slow.. it's like the game stops everything and locks you up until it's over. Everything except double swing/ww They need to clean that up

man i always love your off meta builds! I currently use upheaval burning DOT + fist of fate to constantly proc Xfal ring which can deal 20million AOE explosions.

Im really a big fan of hellhammer Especially that it is not a meta so that makes me like it more I hope we will be able to take it to lilith

Lol I've been using Overkill which has been nice. Trashed two Hellhammers before catching this vid. I didn't think it was all that great, but was using the wrong skills to compliment. Time to farm!

I hate to be the guy but, how good is this build in the Pit solo and solo against tormented bosses? helltide with 3 mind cages is hardly a good benchmark for what you actually want to do in the endgame.

@@Icy_Sparks maybe I shouldnt have called it endgame as there is no masterwork or even mythic uniques and not going to lie I expected a bit more from upheaval since hellhammer got insane rework but will see once I get my hands on the right gear with mythics and masterwork.

@@UlfhednarTV I see, the struggle for me is simple to explain. I feel like Blizzard is hiding the key to success behind the door that I need that key for. I stopped playing PoE for that reason. In PoE I need an amazing build that can clear all the content to farm the items that I need to play that build that can clear all the content. so a build in D4 that needs masterworked items to efficiently clear pits and/or needs mythic uniques to farm tormented bosses is bad. I say this without judgement because I am currently using a similar build to level up and the blood boiling aspect is insanely good for low tier content I used it last season to level up to 100 as well but I can already see how it falls off. I play solo and only barb, and this season is the first time that I struggle hard with creating a build that just works without following whatever exploit using OP build guide maxroll tells me to follow.
