Stacey Clarke That’s just wrong. If the jury or tribunal believed her and disbelieved him, he would be convicted. And she is very convincing. Quite often a trial is ‘one word against another’ - that absolutely does not mean that the person would be acquitted. And if it did, if you think about it logically, it would me that there never would be ‘one word against another’ trials - which there is frequently.

fff fff The Olsen twin example is the only one I could think of that the general public knows about. It’s anecdotal but the people I know who’ve gone through severe anorexia (hospitalisation) do look a lot older than their peers, even after recovery. Most people would have challenged the situation there and then, if not comfortable with it at the time. And she went on to say, non seriously (when she went into the bedroom on her own) "I can't believe I've been punched by Jason Grimshaw!" she obviously changed everything in her mind in the next 10 mins or so before going into the diary room...
