this is my first time working out with you, Nicole, but I enjoyed every second of it! I've only recently started weight training and this felt really good since I felt like there were alot of possibilities for modification depending on fitness/strength level. wishing you well for the rest of the pregnancy!!

Loved Nicole's glutes, core and pelvic floor one, but may love this one even more! I'm 8 months postpartum and still find most workouts stress my abdominal muscles too much. This one was perfect!

I definitely did something wrong when I was pregnant. All I could do having a belly is to eat and sleep . I was so tired ! Especially after I turned 32 weeks I felt like I couldn’t do it anymore, it felt so tiring and heavy !!!

Research has been evolving in this area which is why it's understandable and perhaps a little uncommon to see a pregnant woman workout in this way. ACOG guidelines support moderate weight training in pregnancy for those capable and cleared by their doctor. Additionally as a certified pre and postnatal fitness specialist, I understand the safe boundaries for exercising in pregnancy and am aware of any limitations for me personally. I saw on another vid- perhaps they just hired some other people so they can do other things but I think they’re still involved. I had been following them for years and really loved working out with Kelly!
