Thank you for putting the ads IN THE MIDDLE of the exercises (THREE times). Putting them between exercises wouldn't have screwed me as much. Really appreciated.

I found this workout to be more difficult the second time I did it than it was the first time (a few months ago). I couldn't figure out why, as I've been training regularly. I think it all comes down to form. My form had improved -- my body wasn't cheating to make the exercises easier as it probably had the first time. I was doing the sets properly -- the motions were very controlled and I was correctly targeting the muscles I was supposed to. Once I figured that out, I congratulated myself on accomplishing a tough workout!

So glad I found this channel. You guys have been so essential to my at home exercise journey, to which I initially started because I was tired of being gawked at when I go to the gym....but more so to save money haha! Even when I dip into your videos from 3+ years ago they still have the same top quality and intimacy of your new videos. Thanks for continuing to produce genuine and quality content! XO

I like this because I didn't break much of a sweat. I did some brutal HIT yesterday, so literally and physically exhausting my entire body- now I can cool down, but also have a nice sweat, meanwhile targeting my abs, and arms. It was nice, Thank you!

How often can you take a week long break from working out? I'm 16 years old, have finished round 1 and have recently started round 2, but I am so exhausted and fatigued. Assuming that I'm going to be exercising on a regular basis for the rest of my life, how often can I take breaks like this?
@sulwent9 жыл бұрын
Marissa Janel a reply from one year later. im sure youve figured out how to manage things, or not but im gonna say it anyway. maybe you can work out 3-4 times a week then gradually increase the frequency to 5-6 times? dont work out the same set of muscles every day bc they wont have time to heal then. and its also best not to take week long breaks cause you might not get in the habit of regular exercise or you might be tempted to quit. hope all is well.
@rocketsoccer18 жыл бұрын
its usually better to take a few days between workouts rather than a week. if you are doing workouts back to back make sure you arent working the same muscle groups, so like do legs one day and abs/upper body the next day.

Does anyone else find it easier to do the windmill by holding dumbbells? When I do that, I find that I can get my legs much closer to the ground without raising my shoulders.
whats the alternative if the person cannot do that type of push up?

make your hands into fists instead of using your palms.
@christineharrelson48317 жыл бұрын
You can use a blanket or a harder ramp-like piece of EQ and put it under the heels of the hands. This should decrease the wrist extension by about 10-20 degrees.

I know, same here. I started this as a post-partum momma who had gained 30 extra pounds since having kids. I was using 3 pound weights and breaking a sweat! Now, these exercises are so easy that I'm doubling up on weights or doing them while I'm on the stationary. This is a great program for people looking to get back in shape!

Workout is great and i understand the need to monetise your free videos, but an advert every 5 minutes is so excessive. Put me off the workout. One advert mid way or an advert and rest breaks i get, but during exercises is so jarring.

I'm not a huge fan of workouts with these weird exercises. Supine push up? Just do bent over rows. Just no need to try to get creative. But hey, we're all different
