These videos are so helpful for us SBTD members. I was only doing front plate raises to my shoulders and I learned that I can elevate my feet to make the bench dips harder. Thank you thank you!

I found warming up for pull-ups with some scap pull-ups and/or band straight arm lat pulldowns really helps me establish a mind muscle connection with the lats.

Meg please can you do a dedicated video about Calories for woman specifically who's aim is to build muscle. What should our daily calorie intake be? Do we eat in a defecit, surplus or maintenence?

Hi Meg, I have a question I've been wondering since I started watching your channel in 2018... I work in a physical job (carpenter). I carry heavy loads, my heart rate is elevated much of the day, it's non-stop. If you could imagine moving furniture for 8-10 hrs per day. I love powerlifting and I've tried SBTD but I literally just couldn't find the energy to keep up with it, it was impacting my ability to make it thru the day at work. I'm getting so frustrated, how do I find the energy to put into achieving my strength goals?! Is there a trick to this

Hi love your channel. I am 51 and just starting my weight lifting journey. I am already outgrowing the gear i currently have, and am looking to buy my first barbell. Can you recommend one? I don’t want to get a cheap one just to have to upgrade later. But I’m also not looking to break the bank. Thank you, and keep up the great content!

Great video! I'm, an uneducated putz, really like the commentary and expressions throughout. I really enjoy lifting, but there are so many times I'm just thinking "Jesus when will this end!?! And seeing someone so much more experienced in their journey is encouraging! Also, you got another year on the "just had a baby" adaptations. Tldr I really enjoyed it 😐

Hey you mentioned the coning with your stomach, I still have mine from having my son 3 years ago. I didn’t know what I had and need to work on it. But I noticed it more when I started to work on my abs last year. It popped up on my upper stomach especially with abs.

I know that planning out videos takes a lot of time but for a future idea, would you ever consider visiting / training with some of the other athletes you have trained with in the past to catch up on what you and they have learned since you past saw them? I actually don't like training upper body much. (Carrying 100 breakfast trays and lifting dish washer racks at my job when helping co workers is a good enough substitute when overworked). Like the "property of buff chick" sweat shit for the husband
