Supinated: your hand is up and you could hold some SOUP in it. (Get it? SUPinated?) 😂 That's how we learned in anatomy!

Meg! Thank you so much for the discount code, I was literally thinking I needed to order more preworkout this morning LOL. Will you ever consider selling things like Pre in larger containers? I'd be so willing to spend a little more for more volume, plus that's less plastic containers going into landfills

I found warming up for pull-ups with some scap pull-ups and/or band straight arm lat pulldowns really helps me establish a mind muscle connection with the lats.

Hi Meg, I have a question I've been wondering since I started watching your channel in 2018... I work in a physical job (carpenter). I carry heavy loads, my heart rate is elevated much of the day, it's non-stop. If you could imagine moving furniture for 8-10 hrs per day. I love powerlifting and I've tried SBTD but I literally just couldn't find the energy to keep up with it, it was impacting my ability to make it thru the day at work. I'm getting so frustrated, how do I find the energy to put into achieving my strength goals?! Is there a trick to this

Hi love your channel. I am 51 and just starting my weight lifting journey. I am already outgrowing the gear i currently have, and am looking to buy my first barbell. Can you recommend one? I don’t want to get a cheap one just to have to upgrade later. But I’m also not looking to break the bank. Thank you, and keep up the great content!

Great video! I'm, an uneducated putz, really like the commentary and expressions throughout. I really enjoy lifting, but there are so many times I'm just thinking "Jesus when will this end!?! And seeing someone so much more experienced in their journey is encouraging! Also, you got another year on the "just had a baby" adaptations. Tldr I really enjoyed it 😐

When someone starts supplementing creatine, particularly during the loading phase, there is often an increased water retention, but it is temporary and only water weight. Hey Meg and Ryan, long time watcher of your channel. I know that planning out videos takes a lot of time but for a future idea, would you ever consider visiting / training with some of the other athletes you have trained with in the past to catch up on what you and they have learned since you past saw them? Thinking of ObeseToBeast, Jujimufu, TeamRichey, Kristin Pope, etc. Hope you and Ryan are getting plenty of sleep (doubtful, cause . . . baby). Thank you for the content.
