In this gentle yoga class, Upper Body Tension Release, we will eliminate muscle tension from our shoulders, upper back and trap muscles.
Personally, I hold a lot of tension in my trap muscles and the exercises in this video are my go-to stretches for freeing up my shoulders and traps. I really hope you get as much benefit from these stretch as I have.
