As an over 60 woman with arthritis in her knees and hip, I am so glad I have found your videos. Nothing that needs me to get on my knees, but easy to do and makes me dewey! Perfect to do on a wet day in England and there are plenty of those at the moment.

It's my first day back to working out again after getting the go-ahead from my chiropractor. Thank G-d, my back feels pretty much back to normal, but I'm still starting out slow and easy after about 3 weeks without working out at all. I started out with this new one and was happy to be able to do it standing and to keep up with all the moves and stretches. I did not try to use weights, but I did the "extra credit" bicep curls without weights. I got plenty dewy about halfway into this one and decided this one 10-minute workout was enough for today. I hope to try other new short workouts going forward until I can gradually build up to longer ones again. (June 9, 2024)

First time back to using weights, and I started with 3-lb. weights. I think I'll stick with them for a while until I regain my strength. I was hoping to try your new leg workout today, but I was too busy to work out this morning. I'll be taking a break for the next couple of days but hope to try it out on Friday. 🙂

I love the way you incorporated commenters' suggestions by adding graphics identifying each round, along with the countdown clock in this video! My back pain is finally starting to ease up, with the aid of twice weekly chiropractic adjustments, but I'm still not back to normal, and my chiropractor has advised me to hold off on all workouts and stretches for a while. I'm hoping to be better enough to get the go-ahead to try this one and last week's stretch routine sometime soon, though. I miss working out with you!

I just spent the weekend with my 5 year old grandson and realized how difficult it was to keep up to him! Up until my 50s, I could run 5 miles 3x a week, and now walking a quarter mile uphill had me gasping for breath! My knees can't handle running anymore, but I love doing these workouts! I love the "get dewy" sweatshirt!

So empowering when you remind us that we've done a FULL BODY WORKOUT, and reiterate all its positives: cardio, strength, core, balance, heart health, reduced blood sugar levels. Giggling over thinking you'd switched up the alternating kicks to doing one leg at a time when you were trying to get in synch with your mom. Always fun to add a little laughter -- yet another lifestyle plus!

Friday, Nov. 15, 2024: I was too busy to work out before going to work yesterday, but I did get almost 7,000 steps in throughout my day. I had trouble motivating myself to work out this morning, but knowing I only had to do 10 minutes finally got me going with this one. I haven't tried using weights at all yet, but I did the extra credit bicep curls without weights today. 4 days working out before breakfast so far this week. If I can do it again on Sunday, I'll have achieved at least my minimum goal. Now on to a high-protein breakfast!😋

Hi April and Aiko, I tacked this one on to a seated Pilates ball workout even though Mochi is snoozing. I started another trainer's strength training challenge, so I only used my 1 lb zumba weights.

Whew! I did a 30 minute strength workout that burned 196 calories. Then I did this one and burned 91 in 13 minutes! Wow! That's intense. I did use 2-lb weights. You definitely get dewy, as your mom says. 🌭
