I would just recommend prioritising rest & relaxation, whatever that means to you. It’s hard to do but it is possible. Even 10 minutes of breathwork every day can be balancing. For me I lowered my standards from perfect to ‘good enough’ to make time for myself. Winnicotts ‘good enough’ parenting was refreshing to learn and helped me a lot. Hope that helps. All of your videos are interrupted in the middle by ads that don't stop unless I get up and click "skip ads," so even though I think your practices are very, very helpful, I can't do them anymore.

I have to say, this session was disappointing to say the least. There were four loud ad interruptions about debt solutions in a 12 minute clip. I've never encountered ads during a session on any other yoga youtube channel. It's not conducive to a good practice and breaks the flow of the video.

This video is more suited to the fatigue that comes from extreme tiredness. I have received a lot of feedback to say that this practices helped with tiredness. I'm sorry it doesnt suit bad fatigue....a breathwork practice (without the movement) might be a nice place to start. C

Hi Ciara, i have been having struggles with suspected FND i have gound yoga to be definitely helpful.. im still struggling however.. have to take nerve pain killers every day but managing a lot better atm.. thanks for sharing your story with everyone.

I really liked your video but I didn't like the background music. It was distracting and seemed to disturb my FND symptoms. Can you make another video like this one without the background music? I'm struggling terribly with this condition which has basically debilitated me at this point. I'm just going to be starting some therapies . I've been very sick for over 10 years . Your video was enlightening and gave me a bit of hope. Thank you for sharing.

@ciarashomeyoga1922 I really like the video. I hope to see more. I just had a hard time with the background music because my symptoms effect my brain immensely. I'm suffering very badly and my Neurologist just referred me to an FND department. I'm awaiting my appointment but couldn't get in until March. I have multiple symptoms which have debilitated me. Watching your video did give me a bit of hope. Thank you

Just what I needed. After a very... disappointing semester at the University, I felt like I was breaking apart. This helped center myself, and get rid of that severe fatigue I have been feeling since I began at the university.
