you give me hope all i have is body weight pushup pull up bars and weight vest is that too much weight because my ck is so high joints are giving out too

Joint mobility by 1st Phorm has helped with my joints. But I wouldn’t run with the vest or run it’s slot of pounding. Control slow movements to build strength is best!

@@gmchybrid5287 not too often. I usually like to stay in between 8-15 reps. I will throw in 4 reps here and there and rarely 1 reps to see where I am at.
