Onion - medium, 2 sliced
Ginger -a medium piece
Garlic - 10 cloves
Green chilly - 1
Peppercorns- half teaspoon
Pepper powder- 1. 5 tbsp
Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
Kashmiri chilly powder - half tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Fennel powder - 1 tsp + 1/4 tbsp
Curry leaves - 3 sprig
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil- as required
