Those young people are abducted to become slaves - either to the "families" who are free to exploit them in any way, or to the criminal aggressor state that pays such "kind people" to help erase children's identity.

However, witnesses are coming out of Artemosk (Bakhmut) saying Ukraine WHITE ANGELS have been kidnapping children and sending them to the EU countries. In Svyatogorsk orphanage, healthy children with mental disabilities were taken to UK.
