I was just left feeling warm and fuzzy in my tum-tum when I realised that the pre-show match meant that Big Justice actually got to watch his father not only wrestle, but wrestle on the biggest stage he'd ever had, despite the fact that AJ had retired years before his son had even been born (2005). He even got to take part himself. Big Justice (real name Eric) is actually named after AJ's original ring name (Eric Justice), so wrestling clearly meant a lot to AJ, and getting one more match so his son could watch is just unbelievably heartwarming and wholesome. Plus QT made it a damn good match.

The Hurt Syndicate are totally dope. But they're still incomplete. I await the AEW debut of Stripper Kenny.

I have watched Dynamite every week. I mostly watch Collision and Rampage. If it was not for this channel, I would have no idea who the Costco Guys are. What show was this feud on?

That ending was pre-taped.........when did Marina "put on" her jacket? And absolutely zero blood on Mox pants. Still enjoyed it.And Lashley should've squashed Swerve with the quickness.

First time I ever gave your Ups & Downs a down. NOTHING with Mina should ever get anything but a diamond studded platinum up!!!

Wait, Simon; a T-Bone into the corner causes the ankle to twang off the turnbuckles/ropes. That's why he did it...

simon do you think that if mariah may wasnt on the ppv that too would have been considered a down for leaving her off the card

I was a bit confused when Simon said at the beginning of the video that he doesn't usually talk about the pre-show because of time constraints...I mean, it's not like it's live and I don't think anyone would care if the video was longer, especially if you actually had more time to really talk about the match a bit more in-depth. Sometimes I actually feel like you run through the matches WAY too fast sometimes, almost as if someone told you a bomb is going to go off if you don't review this show before a set amount of time. I know that you gotta appease the All-mighty algorithm, and that a lot of people prefer shorter videos now, but as long as you bookmarked the video, so people can skip any match they don't want to hear about and just listen about the ones they do, then I think everyone would be happy. Alas, it seems like the days of longer videos are passing by, and shorter tiktok or youtube shorts style video are eventually going to be the de-facto norm...

I go to AEW for great athletes and a different flavor of wrestling. I do get those every week and i appreciate the WcW feel at times but mayhem and chaos win out and things that make sense end up losing out. It's very hard to stay focused with such booking. Tony seems to be a huge fan and a great guy but he needs to learn to accept help and the product would flourish.

Has anyone else come to really hate the spot (used in ALL of wrestling now) where the wrestler "desperately, valiantly" attempting to beat a count back into the ring after a huge outside bump LITERALLY stops selling when the ref hits 9, and leaps to their feet and RUNS back in?

next to Revolution, this may be the ppv of the year

Randy Orton is an absolute legend and he gets taken out with a pile-driver, yet Osprey takes a leaping tombstone pile-driver to the steps and the match continues. Wrestling is supposed to be believable not just being able to do the moves

For my fan standpoint, the matches on their TV shows are not bad. A lot of the story lines just doesn't really draw you in compared to WWE. Now on the other hand WWE's matches you can kind of telegraph them a mile away. Nowt both companies mainly aew knocks it out of the park with their pay-per-view in my opinion.
