This video shares the career journeys of three UPSers, including Worldport Vice President Jeff Simonic. The trio discusses their individual career paths, as well as UPS’s education programs, the future of UPS and how they advanced their careers.

Worldport Frontline Supervisor Cristian Taveras started in 2019 in an administrative role with a goal of earning extra money to buy Christmas presents for his family. He became attached to UPS and his hard work was recognized when he was approached by management to become an FLS.
Kelsey Termini is a Feeder On-Road supervisor that started at UPS out of high school to pay for college. She decided she loved UPS, stayed on and continues to grow with the company.
