Communication with your client is a must. To understand your point of view and the benefit for them. Most people who buy a property understand how to work with lifeless equipment in the house. They don’t understand how to interact with live things outside. That is where you come in with the communication and education. Plant the seed in their mind on something that they wouldn’t have paid attention to. Yes Upsell when the opportunity exist.

Agreed! I always try to educate, unfortunately some people could care less about their lawn, just as long as the HOA or the city doesn’t come knocking they don’t care. But yes education is super important

I don’t do customer requests when it comes to schedules, for this reason. Also monthly prices stay the same for weekly and biweekly. If it’s $100 a month weekly, it’s $100 a month biweekly.
