They don’t understand how to interact with live things outside. That is where you come in with the communication and education. Agreed! I always try to educate, unfortunately some people could care less about their lawn, just as long as the HOA or the city doesn’t come knocking they don’t care. But yes education is super important

I don’t do customer requests when it comes to schedules, for this reason. Also monthly prices stay the same for weekly and biweekly. If it’s $100 a month weekly, it’s $100 a month biweekly.
