I’m doing exercises with your video since quarantine. Thank you for your work! First I was able to complete video during 3 attempts (broke in 3 parts for different days), now I can do already with just 2! :) Last part I modified a little. I’m not rolling up or down the ball for getting ready to exercise. I’m placing myself on the ball from the side, maybe from standing position. That’s is because “walking” on my hands all the time hurt my wrists a lot. So I saved my energy for pure Pilates. Also sometimes I’m switching sides, since if I’m watching TV to one side only my neck hurts.
