I read that since she has already admitted guilt and paid the fine, technically, the city police can not add any more charges on to this criminal altercation. The speeding case is closed. But she is going to be investigated by the state for misconduct. That was announced by the NY governor today.

The city council unanimously signed a letter to the NY AG. After that the President of the Bar Association was assigned to investigate. I watched the whole video. She called THE CHIEF to try to get the cop to back off. She all BUT said she was going to make the cops life miserable. The Sargent also came out. They all told him, on camera, they were not stopping him from issuing a ticket (but not one BACKED HIM UP either). At least those two should be seriously reprimanded as well.

"Investigation" in the nonfiction world, means gathering evidence, documenting how it was gathered and who was in possession of it at every stage before trial.
