UPY 651 Florin Flyer Local & Move, SACRT Light Rails - Starfire Dr. Railroad Crossing Sacramento CA

Union Pacific Railroad Florin Flyer Local freight train east passes on the UP Placerville Branch through the Starfire Drive railroad crossing in Sacramento, California at the Rosemont Community sign. For some reason, the freight train made an unusual move of reversing the train and then continuing forward again east. Not sure whats going on but they made random stops this day also up the line and then continued moving.
Sacramento Regional Transit light rail trains on the SACRT Gold Line also arrive and depart the Starfire Station. Siemens S700's don't test down this day during the daytime testing only the overnight weeknight testing.
