I own an Ural for 2 years now and have just returned from my 2 weeks holliday trip to Corsica with my wife. I regard the Ural as the secret child of an old school motorbike and an agricultural tractor. That thing certainly has "character" and as my BMW riding friend (who joined us during the vacation) confirmed, riding a sidecar motorbike is a completely new experience. It certainly isn't the most confortable nor the fastest ride. But - after some hair rising moments getting familiar with its quirky handling - it's a ton of fun.
