I think you hit the nail on the head about this eyeliner. I think it's the fact that it comes in so many shades that makes it so appealing. I've heard great things about it, but because of your honest review, I see that it's not all that great. I definitely won't be adding it to my wish list. I'll be sticking to drugstore when I need to replenish.

I thought I was smudging it too much where I was lining under my bottom lashes, because it fades out to nothing in no time at all. Also, trying to sharpen the pencil is another story. I will be returning this pencil to Ulta and getting something less expensive. Thank you for honest review!

I'm surprised at negative reviews. I'm such a product tester always trying new makeup and hair products I love this liner!! Glides on smooth and when I get home after sometimes a 12 hour day it's still there!

I did love the liner initially for the creamy and pigmented formula that glides on easily and lasts. But, once it gets to a point of sharpening, it’s never the same..it’s as good as a gel liner in a bottle

I ordered some lipsticks from them and they sent me three eyeliners instead of one of them. I was annoyed about them refusing to replace the lipstick, but the eyeliners were nice. But so are so many other eyeliners that are 1/3 the price.

When you let it dry, it's literally hard to take off with cleaning solution

Yes, I agree… It’s my favorite! It allows time for you to play with it: smudge or remove if you make a mistake, but after dry down it’s there without you having to worry about touch ups! 💖

Thank you so much for this! I honestly thought maybe it was just me -- I tried this stuff out forever ago and could not, for the life of me, figure out what all the hype is about here. It smudged all over for me too no matter which way I tried wearing it (which, given it claims that it won't do that.......yeahhhh.....) I'm with you on that you can definitely get better results WAY cheaper than this!

Once it sets on the skin for a few minutes it’s more sturdy. It’s made it be able to smudge easily then be stable.

Hello I just bought the 24/7 glide-on eye pencil how do you sharpen it it doesn't seem like it could be sharpened and it does not twist up and when I tried to sharpen it it seemed like I'm tearing it up

I purchased the eyeliner and I spent $34 which I have purchased a five dollar one and love it much better even it twisted. You can’t even twist this eyeliner up.

I could not get the pencil to twist up, either. I liked this liner; but it's too expensive for the amount of liner that's in the pencil.

You have to sharpen it with a sharpener. It looks like it's a plastic pencil but it;s not I suppose. Because I decided to and sharpen it and it did fine. I received my in a kit that was gifted at Christmas.

I agree that eyeliner is expensive. I stock up when they are on sale. LSD is my favorite shade.

Love lsd mixed in with Cuff the silver liner, they blend nice together

It is not worth the hype and money ! Plus you have to sharpen it and it never is the same .
