This is why B.Lay is my favorite pro angler. He isn't just doing it for money. He does it because he loves to go fishing. I get out and fish every single chance I get. I saw this vid prior to going to DC for family vacation. I brought rod and caught a 4lb largemouth in a creek near my hotel. Fished tidal basin as well. Met all kinds of nice folks fishing. Great experience. Thanks B Lat and One.

Awesome video Brian!I used to fish the Potomac and the tidal basin quite a bit with my kids.Lots of largemouth,smallmouth,gar,blue cats,channel cats,flatheads,shad,carp,bluegills, and now snakeheads.Even bull sharks have migrated through the river.God Bless!

I have recently started a KZbin Fishing Channel to track, record and document my journey, or growth if you will, as a Fisherman/Angler. But I’m “self taught” I guess you could say in a way. I’m glad that you were moved by the Jefferson memorial. The one thing that separates us from other countries is that our rights are inherent. We are born with them. Our brilliant founders said they are god given human rights. God given, inherent rights cannot be taken away by man. This is where we get the phrase “American exceptionalism”. Our country is exceptional in that our human rights cannot be taken away. It was great watching you fish my home waters…Maybe a little upper Potomac wading next time.
