Sweet potato leaves are THE BEST for Asian style stir fries (just add garlic and bit of oyster sauce😋) it's more nutritious than spinach. Google yam leaves and sweet potato leaves stir fry. Staple in north African countries and all of Asia.

Hey Holly! I just found your channel and am happy to meet another gardener in Australia. I am in Brisbane and have a food forest/garden. I have a growing interest in Permaculture since the pandemic started and have discovered so many things in my garden, so of which came with the house when my wife and I bought it in April 2006. We are harvesting Ceylon Hill Gooseberry (only just discovered the name for this plant in the last week) which taste of tiny figs, parsley, oregano, chives, daikon radish, oranges, limes, lemons, and tangelos. I have planted 24 mini tomatoes that I grew for the first time from seed and I have two volunteer black tomatoes which are a large slicing tomato. I have a lot of seeds waiting to go into either the ground or raised beds. I have also just planted Oregon Dwarf Snow Peas. I can't wait to see your other videos. I love the color of your Rainbow Chard but don't have any in the garden. Cheers!
