Life has been busy but still trying to put out videos when I can!

I beg to differ! Watercress is one of my favourite greens! It's jampacked full of iron and it is delicious under a fillet of steamed salmon or on its own as a peppery green in a salad. ~ Sandra

I think part of it was my wife adding it to my salad without any warning at all and I thought the lettuce had gone bad. After that it sat in the fridge until it went bad. She bought it because of the health benefits you mentioned. Maybe we will try steaming it with salmon.

@@WorldComposting I absolutely would recommend you give it another try. I'm not sure about your area, but here watercress is harvested in the wild, so it's got that going for it as well. By the way, I don't cook it under the salmon - I just put the watercress on a plate and put the hot salmon on top. ~ Sandra

Yes I realized when uploading that I actually did add a feeding last time so this is actually a the second feeding for this system. Shows they need more food!!
