That dozer carrier doesn't need a siren, lights or airhorn- one look and folks are GTFOOTW. Good catch!

Man, that International HX520 hauling that dozer sure looks sweet! And those short Cozad trailers are neat too. An impressive combination.

You absolutely do NOT want to get in the way of a code 3 dozer transport. Much M times much V. (I saw that same flatbed, empty, on my way back home over 17 this afternoon.)

There's something about watching a shiny fire red truck hauling a flatbed with a D7, with lights and sirens going flat out to take care of business. There are handful of places in the world you will ever see something this. Btw, Cal Fire is the largest fire department on the planet, and the second place department is Tokyo Japan, which is less than half of what Cal Fire is. I realize that CA is bigger than Japan, and bigger than most countries, but it's still impressive to see.

they should mount cameras just for recording drivers who are too special to pull over , mail them a fine !

Let's see. At that speed, the dozer rig would take about a quarter mile to stop. Maybe hammer down through the intersection isn't such a great idea.

Is there a nonurgent brush fire? never heard of one.

Probably could use a few more axles for braking capacity if your going to put lights and sirens on a semi with a dozer on it.

In the US most fire departments will only drive the speed limit when responding to an emergency.
