With all that wood around, it would nice to have a wood chipper. Used to work at an arborist company. We used every bit of tree, even the rotten bits. It makes wonderful absorbent material for plantings (depending on the tree species) but make fantastic walkways and can be used as fill for those muddy tracks. The arborist was a treat to watch. Didja know that there are tree climbing festivals held every few years with arborists showing off their skills? So fun!

Happy Loppy Lobster! The tree man was amazing and I couldn’t help but think how every morning he leaves his house for work, he’s taking his life into his hands. It is such a dangerous job, but he somehow made it look like a ballet through the trees. Your videography is beautiful always. Stunning scenes of sky, clouds, roofs, trees, etc. love how you capture beauty. The flowers you are planting will be stunning. It reminded me of my childhood with my parents stunning gardens of so many of the varieties you will be planting. They also planted white gardens and blue/purple gardens, and then the hot colors of reds, oranges, yellows. We lived on a bay so the colors against the sea blue and the green grass was spectacular. In the summer our house was filled with floral arrangements in every room. I loved the beauty of it all and from then on I too created beautiful gardens at my home. Xx

Trees seem to be current in both our lives. Yes you need a very skilful agile person doing the job and yours certainly was that. We had two cut down close to the house and one that fell across our dam. A great source of wood for slow combustion fires and some mulch for the garden. A great idea for repurposing some of the wood from the fallen tree. Loppy lobster to you and family too. 🤗🐰🦀

Dahlias often need support. It helps put in some T posts and string ropes at three different heights. If you know what side the wind is blowing from, set the posts behind the dahlias. That way the wind pushes them into the support.
