I have said it over and over again and again. I love and appreciate your videos. I can’t currently do squats due to bad right knee. Plus I can’t raise my left arm to shoulder level and under going physical therapy for these.

Well that hellicopter stuff to handstand is to me one of the most impressive stuff. It would be on my top 5 list easy! A powerup would also be their on my top 5 list, even tough it is some technic to it, it looks cool, when many can't even do a pullup.

I see that, "do not fear" in my clients all the time. I pick weights for them that I know they can handle and their faces are like, "oh god!". Then once they get moving with the weight they're fine.
