As an aspiring indie game developer from India who has dreamed of making big awsome games and publish them to the world with the "developed in India" mark in them since childhood, I am getting more worried by the day that with the current government being the way they are, I would never be able to represent India in the AAA gaming market internationally. It frankly scares me to think that my life's biggest goals might just remain unacheivable just because of the uneducated and insensitive decision which are being made by the government that we voluntarily elected. Everytime I see Modi talking to students and mocking people who play PUBG, I feel a bit of my Indian Patriotism die cause why should I respect and care for a country that doesn't respect and care for what I love so much. The problem is with the population itself. Indian gaming was already filled with Free Fire and PUBG. After the ban of PUBG, COD has taken the place. They don't have any interest in trying any masterpieces. Even on pc, most of the population cracks games. That's why companies do not include that country to launch any early accesses, and betas.
