Hello I just experience my first uti what are men not to do when having a UTI ?

I have a male UTI (age 41), urine culture detected a bacteria Klebsiella pneumoniae. Currently on a 7-day course of antibiotics. Does this mean I came into contact with the bacteria via the urethra or could it have been caused by something else? Like a structural issue? Wondering how the bacteria got to the urinary tract.
