ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് മെഴുക്കുപുരട്ടി | Potato Mezhukkupuratti | Easy Urulakizhangu (Potato) stir fry recipe

Urulakkizhangu Mezhukkupuratti is a traditional Kerala dish that is loved for its simple yet delicious flavours. Made from sautéed potatoes, this dish is a staple in many Kerala households. Coconut Oil (വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ) - 3 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds (കടുക്) - ½ Teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli (ഉണക്കമുളക്) - 3 Nos
Garlic (വെളുത്തുള്ളി) - 5 Cloves
Shallots (ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി) - 15 Nos
Curry Leaves (കറിവേപ്പില) - 2 Sprigs
Potato (ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ്) - 3 Nos (400 gm)
Turmeric Powder (മഞ്ഞള്‍പൊടി) - ¼ Teaspoon
Chilli Powder (മുളകുപൊടി) - 1½ Teaspoon
Salt (ഉപ്പ്) - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves (മല്ലിയില) - 2 Tablespoons (Optional)
