Thank you so much for posting this video. The Oregon coast is a tough act to follow.

(To the Whispers "& The Beat Goes On") ...& the trip goes on. Love the live footage of Yaquina Bay near the end.

I have been watching your journey up the 101 from the time you left San Francisco. Thanks for taking me on a journey to my happy place. I fell in love with the Oregon Coast on my first visit as a junior high student all the way back in 1977! This place has made such an impression on me and I try to visit as often as I can. My last visit was Christmas last year and before that in Spring 2023 just after I got my new vehicle. On that trip I went from Newport to Bandon to see the lighthouse there. I realized I was only about 1 1/2 hours away from California but decided not to go any further south. Hoping next month I can go from my home base of Vancouver, BC to San Francisco, a trip I haven’t taken since 2012! Thanks again for sharing

I hope you have a safe trip! I need to take a trip up to your neck of the woods! Haven’t been to Vancouver since 2013 and I’ve been itching to go back!

As always, great to watch and learn fun facts. The folks at usends.com think the 3,365 mileage number on the US20 signs is overstated - www.usends.com/blog/which-highway-is-longer-us-route-6-or-us-route-20
