Misleading title perhaps for click-bait. The man in question is still unidentified and is not the commander. It’s not even clear if the man in the video is in the military, a civilian employee or an outside source. On the day of the CoC the army live-streamed the ceremony to the public on Facebook making the password available to everyone. It’s possible someone on Facebook with no connection to the base accessed the publicly available password and live-streamed the pornographic video.
