Noticed a little green on trees along the rails this early Spring. The deer made a wise decision to back away from the rails with a NS train approaching. The Milwaukee Road hopper car is 40 + years old as the Milwaukee Road was bankrupt and purchased by the Soo Line at the end of 1985. The Road electrified a good portion of their Pacific Extension in the early 1900's. The Road is noted for the Boxcabs and Little Joe locomotives they used until 1974.

Always great seeing Milwaukee Road remnants. When I was a kid that was "my" railroad😊. The Conrail boxcar wasn't too hard to take either. Millitary train alright! That's odd, I didn't see any overly tall, muscular women on the Amazon train........ More awesome action, enjoyed it greatly. Thanks Mike!

the bozo express and another what the hell unit is this army pull!! still can;t figure out what kind of unit that is it looks like an engineering or a transport unit for the most part but engineers delivery boys don't have 155 mm howitzers attached to them!! looking at the front gondola it looks like they are picking up those ties if they don't they're going to rot away if left much longer hell that pile of ballast down from where you were standing has weeds and trees starting to grow on it it's been there that long!!!
