If you’re attending a conference, make sure it’s directly related to what you’re doing. Let them know if you so be contributing in any way. Maybe giving a speech or something. Or if you’re the company representative. Training route is generally better than conference. Conference these days can be vague. But if you will b personally impacted, let them know. Pls go with your invite letter from the conference.

I believe there is a spousal visa route. It’s better to go that way. Using B1/B2 to go see your spouse, is risky. They will think you want to run away and not come back.

You have to pay an agent to get you a date close by, else 2024/2025 days awaits you. A conference is not an emergency, so u won’t be given special preference for early Date. Emergency are like medical issue, burial, school resuming in a few weeks times. An agent will charge u from N200k upwards to get a date within a few months. Email me if you need an agent [e-mail]

1 month is not enough sir. For a 20 day visit, you should have the return flight ticket money, accommodation, feeding cost at least in your account. This shows you can take care of yourself in US. Pls work towards a 3 months statement at least
